A Real Estate/ Property Management Company Owner in the Agoura/Calabasas area is seeking a trustworthy and proactive Executive/ Personal Assistant. In this role, you will take on key projects with the goal of providing seamless daily and long-term support to the Principal. The ideal candidate will have exceptional multitasking skills, the ability to anticipate needs ahead of time, and have the highest sense of discretion. On-site 3x a week, with flexibility to come as needed.
About the Role:
Complex calendar management and meeting coordination
Act as a liaison for the principal, with the ability to delegate to company staff
Assist with project management in the construction space
Errand running, assistance with scheduling personal appointments
Interacting with high-profile clientele and associates
Acting as the gatekeeper to phone and email inboxes
Managing long-term projects and household tasks as needed
Booking travel and preparing detailed travel itineraries
About the Candidate:
3-5+ years of experience as a personal or executive assistant
Demonstrated success juggling multiple projects and meeting strict deadlines
Experience coordinating business and personal calendars
Sophisticated communicator with exceptional writing skills
Impeccable attention to detail and accuracy
High degree of discretion, with an aptitude for independent judgment
Adaptable, motivated, and proactive work ethic
Must be okay with an early schedule (7-4 PM)
